May 2019

Technological partnership consolidated between the furnace manufacturer and ORI Martin, holding of the merchant bars company of Brescia. It is the second Bendotti furnace for the group, after the one built in 2014.

Forni Industriali Bendotti closed a deal for the supply of a new reheating furnace with Ferrosider, the producer of merchant bars from Brescia, in the North of Italy, controlled by ORI Martin Group.

It is the second furnace delivered to ORI Martin Group by Forni Industriali Bendotti, leader in the prefabrication of reheating and heat treatment furnaces. The technological partnership between the two players is renewed, after the production, in 2014, of a Bendotti walking beam furnace for the ORI Martin in Brescia, which feed the wire rod mill plant in the north of the Lombard city.

The walking beam furnace for Ferrosider, with a production capacity of 110 metric tons per hour, will feed the rolling mill located in the factory in the town of Ospitaletto in the province of Brescia, and will substitute the existing furnace.

Bendotti at Made in Steel 2019.

May 2019

Forni Industriali Bendotti, according to tradition, is taking part for the eighth time out of a total of eight editions in Made in Steel 2019, the main southern Europe Conference & Exhibition dedicated to the steel industry that will take place at fieramilano Rho (Milan) from 14 to 16 May 2019.
Forni Industriali Bendotti has supported this important international event since its first edition in 2005, as a fundamental business opportunity and meeting with operators from the steel industry.

For this reason, the eighth edition of Made in Steel is the place chosen for the launch of the new communication campaign of Forni Industriali Bendotti by Gigi Barcella, Giuseppe Cella, Felix Humm and Massimo Negrini.

“Vale la differenza. – Worth the difference.” – A new graphic layout and a new claim, images and texts to illustrate and highlight all the features that make Bendotti furnaces unique. Bendotti furnaces are the result of the highly professional work of people who, raised in an industrial tradition that goes back over 100 years, are still at the forefront of development. Furnaces that since 1916 have been synonymous with quality, resistance and reliability thanks to the use of materials that make the difference: riders with a nickel content of up to 50%, galvanized bolts, fused cast blocks with a 98.5% alumina content, ceramic anchors with hangers in stainless steel, stainless steel guides with Stellite weld bead, cast rolls with UMCo, high resistance doors, stainless steel snorkels.

Our sales staff is therefore waiting for you from 14 to 16 May at Made in Steel, at Stand C9 – Hall 22, to present all the features and advantages of furnace prefabrication.

Peter Bottazzi for Bendotti.

May 2019

Made in Steel 2019 will be a good opportunity to present the new communication campaign “Vale la differenza. – Worth the difference”, conceived by Gigi Barcella and accompanied by the evocative still life of the photographer Giuseppe Cella. To convey the new concept in the best possible way also through the stand, the artistic direction and the creation of the exhibition layout was entrusted to Peter Bottazzi.

A renowned scenographer and designer, curator of international exhibitions and special exhibition arrangements, Bottazzi has been able to play with light and space to give three-dimensionality and “make even more explicit and strong the advertising campaign created for Made in Steel. A campaign that talks about the uniqueness and values of the company, eight to be precise, just like the eight letters that make up the name Bendotti. – explains Peter Bottazzi. “Hence the idea of creating an octagon made up of a letter for each side. Every letter takes on size and body, enriched with additional values and functions and becomes three-dimensional by expanding on the third Cartesian axis, leaving the two-dimensional printed paper, using the impalpability of the shadow as a vector. A shadow that each letter produces by materializing functional furnishing and office elements; each letter is now really inhabited here” – adds Bottazzi. “The Bendotti writing, which filters and marks the stand from the rest of the pavilion, becomes a sort of open carousel with a strong visual impact, a particular and unique meeting space. Where everything is conceived and designed ad hoc”.
